Frequently asked questions
Do I have to give you my account passwords?
No. You add us as collaborators from each platform's settings (for example Meta Business Suite for Facebook and Instagram, page admins for LinkedIn): you keep ownership of your profiles and can revoke access at any time.
What if I don't like a post?
Nothing is published without your approval. You can ask for changes or drop it; we fix it before the publishing date.
Which social channels do you cover?
Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Threads, TikTok (photo posts and carousels), Pinterest and Google Business Profile. With Start you choose up to 3, with Plus all the ones you use.
Are the images stock photos?
No: images are created for each post in your brand's colours and style. If you have your own photos (products, premises, team) we can use them.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. There is no annual commitment: 30 days' notice is enough.
